01 Will I be charged when I sign up?
No, not a cent. You get 7 days free with everything in the plan you pick, and your card is only charged on day 8. Change your mind before then and you won't pay anything.
02 Why do you need my card for a free trial?
So nothing stops on day 8, right in the middle of a sale: your trips, clients and proposals just carry on. Your card stays with Stripe and never reaches our servers.
03 What if I change my mind?
No hard feelings: cancel in a few clicks from your account settings. During the trial you're never charged; after that, your plan runs until the end of the period you've already paid for. Either way, your trips and contacts stay saved in case you come back.
04 Is it made for an agency like mine?
If you sell tailor-made trips and still build proposals in Word or Canva, yes: independent travel designers and small to mid-size agencies are exactly who we built it for. And it pays for itself fast: win one more trip a year and it's covered, and every evening you stop spending on formatting is yours to keep. Some of our users even won new clients during their 7-day trial!
05 Do you take a cut of my bookings?
Never. You pay a subscription for each person on your team, monthly or yearly (yearly saves you about two months), and that's it: no setup fee, 0% commission. Your clients pay you directly, the way they already do.
06 Can I try a bigger plan first?
Yes, and it's the best way to decide. During your 7-day trial, switch plans as often as you like, for free, without moving the trial's end date. Start on a bigger plan and step down before day 8 if you don't need it.
07 What happens when my team grows?
You pay for each person who uses TravelBuilderPro, and there's no cap on team size. Add a teammate and you only pay for the days left in your current period. When someone leaves, keep their seat for your next hire until the period ends, or take the unused time back as credit.
08 Can I start monthly and switch to yearly later?
Yes, in a few clicks from your account, and yearly saves you about two months: you pay the yearly price that day, minus the days left on your current month. Still on your free trial? Then nothing is charged until it ends.
09 Do I pay VAT on top?
Businesses worldwide pay 0% VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay. Spanish businesses are charged 21% VAT (IVA). Keep your company's VAT number handy: Stripe asks for it at checkout.
10 What if I get stuck?
You won't stay stuck for long. Write to us from Contact, in your account menu, and we'll help you out. Our docs walk you through the app, too.
