Calendar Dashboard π
Navigate your trips and tasks across Month, Week, and Day views β with hover previews, quick actions, and lead scoring.
Your dashboard just got a complete calendar overhaul. Instead of scrolling through cards or lists, you now see your confirmed trips and tasks laid out across interactive Month, Week, and Day views β with rich hover previews, instant task creation, and a new lead scoring gauge to help you prioritize follow-ups.
Month Β· Week Β· Day Views ποΈ
Three ways to see your schedule
- Switch between Month, Week, and Day views using the new view switcher, positioned right next to the Today button for quick access
- The Month view shows trip bars spanning their full date range, with your tasks listed alongside β click any day to open the agenda panel
- The Week view gives you a focused seven-day layout with trip bars and daily task breakdowns
- The Day view splits into two columns β Trips on the left, Tasks on the right β so you can see everything happening on a specific date at a glance
Calm, consistent design
- All views use the same flat βcalm-agendaβ row style β a small avatar, trip title, and inline status indicators β so the interface stays clean whether youβre looking at a month or a single day
- Overdue tasks are flagged with a red bell icon across every view, matching your Tasks page so nothing slips through
Trip Hover Cards β¨
Instant trip details on hover
- Hover over any trip bar in Month or Week view to see a rich preview card β no clicking needed
- Each card shows the client name, trip title, date range, duration, and a contextual countdown (e.g., βin 12 daysβ or βongoingβ)
- Unpaid balances are highlighted directly on the card, so you can spot outstanding payments without opening the trip
Quick Actions from the Calendar β‘
Create trips and tasks in context
- Click New trip from any day in the calendar β it opens the trip editor with the start date already filled in
- Click New task to open a quick dialog with the date prefilled and a searchable contact picker, so you can assign follow-ups in seconds
- Both actions are available in the day agenda panel footer, empty day states, and the Day view header β always within reach
Lead Conversion Gauge π―
Know which leads are hot
- A new Cold β Warm β Hot gauge appears at the top of every leadβs Activity tab, giving you an instant read on conversion potential
- The score is calculated automatically from signals already on the record β source channel, brief completeness, proposals sent, engagement, and recency
- No setup needed β the gauge works with your existing data and updates in real time as you interact with each lead
Why This Matters
These updates transform your dashboard from a static overview into an interactive command center. You can now plan your week visually, spot trips with outstanding payments at a glance, and create follow-up tasks without ever leaving the calendar. The lead scoring gauge helps you focus your energy on the prospects most likely to convert β no guesswork, no extra clicks.
