01 Will two advisors end up chasing the same client?
Not anymore. Everyone works from the same clients and trips, and every trip has an owner, the advisor your client sees on the trip page, so everybody knows who's handling whom. Follow-up reminders go straight to that owner, too.
02 Can I control what my advisors change?
Yes. You decide, role by role, what managers and agents can touch on a trip: the terms, the currency, the cover, the template, the map or who owns it. Everyone signs in with their own account, so there's no shared password to worry about.
03 How hard is it to bring someone on board?
Not hard at all. Invite them from the app and pick their role; they click the link in their email, add their name, photo and timezone on a single screen, and they're working on your trips in minutes.
04 What happens when my team grows?
You pay for each person who uses TravelBuilderPro, and there's no cap on team size. Add a teammate and you only pay for the days left in your current period. When someone leaves, keep their seat for your next hire until the period ends, or take the unused time back as credit.
05 What happens to our clients when someone leaves?
They stay with you. You pick the teammate who takes over their clients, trips, library blocks and tasks, so nothing walks out the door with them.
06 Do my advisors need their own subscription?
