Forms Management
Connect your website forms in minutes — fields map automatically and connection status is visible at a glance.
Managing website form connections just got a lot simpler. The entire Forms Management section has been rebuilt from the ground up — from a manual table with setup dialogs to a visual, self-organizing flow where forms appear automatically as leads come in.
Automatic Form Detection 🎯
Forms appear on their own
- There is no more “Create Form” button — forms are detected automatically the first time a visitor submits your contact form
- Paste the master webhook URL into your website builder once, and TravelBuilderPro handles everything else
- A deduplication check prevents duplicate forms from appearing if a form is paused and resubmitted
Fields map themselves
- The new auto-mapping engine recognizes dozens of field name patterns in English, French, and Spanish (email, name, phone, message, and more)
- Incoming fields are matched to your CRM profile automatically — no manual configuration for standard forms
- Auto-mapped fields are visually flagged so you can see what was detected vs. manually set
Redesigned Interface 🖥️
Connection status at a glance
- A new WebsiteCard shows your master webhook URL with a one-click copy button
- Color-coded indicator: green when leads are actively flowing, amber when connected but quiet, gray when not yet set up
- A “Check connection” button lets you test your integration silently without waiting for a real submission
Per-form cards
- Each detected form gets its own card showing submission count, mapped fields, and an ON/OFF toggle
- Active forms show a live CRM connector arrow — inactive forms are dimmed so you can spot what’s paused instantly
- Delete forms you no longer need directly from the card
Dashboard: Active Trips & Arrival Views 📊
Active Trips widget
- A new dashboard section shows confirmed clients currently on their trip — dates, destination, and contact at a glance
- Helps your team know who is traveling right now without digging through the trips list
Upcoming Arrivals personalization
- Toggle between card and list view for the Upcoming Arrivals section — your choice is saved automatically
- Organize your operational overview the way you actually work
Why This Matters
Connecting a website form to your CRM used to require manual setup: create the form, map each field, test the webhook. Now it’s one step — paste the URL, send a test, and you’re done. Fields appear mapped and ready to use. Combined with the new Active Trips widget, your dashboard now gives you a complete operational picture: who’s about to arrive, who’s traveling now, and where every incoming lead is coming from.
