Run the trips you have already sold

Every departure on one calendar, a live view of who is travelling right now, and the suppliers behind it — so the week a group lands holds no surprises.

No credit card required.

Departures calendar in month view, with trips and tasks on the same grid
Operations

Selling the trip was the easy part. Three things that decide whether the season runs smoothly — the calendar, the departures, and the people you buy from.

Every departure on one calendar. Trips and tasks on the same grid, at month, week or day scale — so you see the crunch fortnight before you promise a client a date.

Trips calendar — month view

Month, week or day

Switch scale without losing your place. Hover a trip for the client, the dates, the pax count and the paid/unpaid split.

A day’s agenda in one click

Click any day and its trips and tasks open in a side panel — the full agenda, not a truncated cell.

Know who is travelling right now. Trips running today and the departures coming up, in one live view — plus a Monday brief that names them before you open your inbox.

Active trips & arrivals

Active trips & arrivals

Everyone in destination today and everyone landing this week, as cards with covers or a dense list. Overdue tasks flag themselves.

Monday-morning recap

Monday 7:30 AM in each member’s timezone: their departures, their tasks, their numbers — every line deep-linked.

Your supply chain, with the rates you negotiated. Lodges, guides and transfer companies in one list — contact, payment terms, and the revenue each one has actually generated.

Supplier list with contact, tags and linked blocks

Rates and terms on the record

Contact, payment terms and method, active or inactive, last transaction. The answer stops living in one person’s mailbox.

Linked to your blocks

Attach a supplier to the blocks it delivers, and every trip built from them carries the right partner and the right rate.

Built-in tools

Every tool your season needs.

Task management

Tasks attached to trips and contacts, with due dates. Overdue ones flag themselves on the calendar and in the Monday brief.

Paid, outstanding, overdue

Every confirmed trip carries its payment state. Chase a balance straight from the calendar instead of a side spreadsheet.

Financial reports CSV / PDF

Export revenue, payments and outstanding balances for your accountant without rebuilding them by hand.

Trip status drives the calendar

Draft, Sent, Confirmed, Canceled. Only confirmed trips with fixed dates reach the calendar and the active list, so the plan stays free of maybes.

One shared workspace

Unlimited users on every plan. Trips, tasks and suppliers live in one org, not in four personal mailboxes.

Permissions

Owner, Manager, Agent. Hide quote costs from agents, lock supplier rates, decide who can edit what.

Loved by travel designers

The season stops being a guessing game.

What teams say after retiring the wall planner and the ops spreadsheet.

Philippe Cave
“I had a wall planner and a spreadsheet that never agreed. One calendar ended the argument — I can see August is full before I sell into it.”

Questions

Frequently asked, honestly answered.

[01] I already have Google Calendar. Why would I need this one?

Because a generic calendar holds appointments, not trips. Here each entry is the trip itself — client, dates, pax count and, on confirmed priced trips, a paid/unpaid split you can act on. Hover for the details, click a day for its full agenda, click the trip to open it. Nothing to re-enter, because it is built from the trips you already sold.

[02] What exactly counts as an “active trip”?

A confirmed trip with fixed dates where today falls between the start and the end date. That is the list you see under Active trips — everyone currently in destination — with upcoming departures alongside it.

[03] Which plan do I need for the calendar and arrivals?

Calendar view, Active trips & arrivals and task management start on Starter (€22/user/month billed yearly). They are not part of the Free plan, but every signup gets a 7-day full-feature trial, so you can run a real week on them before deciding.

[04] And for supplier management?

Supplier management is included from Professional (€39/user/month billed yearly) and on Premium. On Starter the page opens an upgrade prompt instead of the supplier list.

[05] How is a supplier different from a block in my library?

A block is what you sell — the lodge description, the photos, the timing, the price the client sees. A supplier is the business behind it: contact person, payment terms and method, active or inactive, and the revenue you have actually run through them. You attach one to the other, so a trip built from your blocks always carries the right partner and the right negotiated rate.

[06] Can the whole team work off the same calendar?

Yes. Users are unlimited on every plan, so you never pay per seat to add an advisor, and trips, tasks and suppliers live in the organization rather than in someone’s mailbox. Each member gets their own Monday 7:30 AM brief in their own timezone from Professional; fine-grained role permissions — hiding quote costs from agents, locking supplier rates — arrive on Premium.

[07] Does this replace my operations spreadsheet?

That is the intent. The departures calendar, the live trips and arrivals list, the supplier file with its rates, the tasks attached to each trip and the paid/outstanding state all sit on the same records as the proposal that created them — so there is nothing to keep in sync. Premium adds financial reports in CSV or PDF for your accountant.
