The high-converting travel proposal checklist

12 boxes the best agencies tick before they send a trip proposal.

A proposal is the single biggest lever on your close rate. Before you hit Send, run this checklist.

Structure

  • One cover image that evokes the destination, not a stock flight.
  • A 2-sentence story at the top — why this trip, for this client.
  • Days numbered clearly, with dates visible.
  • A map or at least a list of cities on the cover page.

Content

  • Every block has a short human sentence, not just a hotel name.
  • Free time and transfers are visible (clients worry about logistics).
  • Optional upgrades are separated from the included price.
  • No placeholder text, no [TODO], no lorem ipsum.

Commercial

  • One clear price, with what’s included and what’s not.
  • A signed quote or accept button, not just “let me know”.
  • A deadline (FOMO converts).
  • A payment link attached, not a separate email.
