What You'll Find on the Dashboard

The TravelBuilder Pro dashboard is your agency's home base. Every time you sign in, it gives you an instant snapshot of your business: how many leads and clients you have, upcoming departures, and trips currently in progress.

Performance Metrics

At the top of the dashboard, you'll see 5 key metrics grouped into two sections:

Acquisition & Conversion

  • Leads — new leads added in the last 30 days, with a trend vs. the previous period
  • Clients — contacts converted to clients in the last 30 days
  • Conversion rate — your lead-to-client conversion rate

Finance

  • Revenue — total payments received in the last 30 days
  • Unpaid — outstanding balance across all confirmed trips

Click any metric card to drill down into the relevant section of the app.

Tip: Trend arrows (green = improving, red = declining) compare the current 30-day period to the previous 30-day period.

Active Trips

If you have any confirmed client trips currently in progress — departure has passed but the trip hasn't ended yet — they appear in the Active Trips section right below the metrics.

Each row shows:

  • Client name and email
  • Trip title, duration, and number of travelers
  • Departure date
  • Payment status (amount paid vs. still outstanding)

Click any row to open the trip editor. Click View all to see all active trips in your Trips list.

Note: This section only appears when trips are currently in progress. It stays hidden otherwise.

Upcoming Arrivals

Below Active Trips, you'll find Upcoming Arrivals — confirmed trips with a future departure date. This helps you stay on top of what's coming and follow up with clients at the right time.

Switch between two views using the toggle in the top-right corner:

  • Card view (default) — portrait cards with cover images, client badge, departure date, and payment status. Shows up to 4 trips.
  • List view — a compact table with client name, trip details, departure date, and payment breakdown. Shows up to 10 trips.

Your view preference is saved automatically and remembered on your next visit.

Quick Actions

At the bottom of the dashboard, shortcut cards let you jump directly to the most common tasks:

  • Create a Trip — start building a new itinerary
  • Create a Client — add a new contact to your CRM
  • Create a Block — add content to your blocks library
  • Get help — open the live chat to reach support
  • Manage your team (admins only) — go to team settings

Common Questions

Why are some metrics showing zero?
If you just created your account, your metrics will reflect actual data — the demo data from onboarding is counted. Once you start adding real contacts and trips, your numbers will update.

What counts as an "active trip"?
A confirmed trip with fixed dates where today falls between the start and end date.

The Unpaid balance seems wrong. Why?
The Unpaid figure is the sum of outstanding balances across all confirmed trips: total quote amount minus payments received. Check individual trip payment records if something looks off.
